PROGRAM ASSOCIATE, IMPACT MEASUREMENT

Kelsey joined HAN in October 2023 as the Program Associate for Impact Measurement.
Before joining HAN, Kelsey served as a Research and Data Analytics intern at the City of Philadelphia Office of Children and Families (OCF), where she evaluated family and community engagement programs and policies. She also worked as the Linkage and Retention Social Worker intern at the Immunodeficiency Center at Jefferson-Einstein Hospital, providing case management and counseling to HIV-diagnosed patients.
Kelsey’s previous roles included working as a Case Manager for low-income individuals with disabilities and as a Psychiatric Counselor and Mental Health Worker, where she supported patients with various mental illnesses through therapy and crisis intervention.
She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work (Macro) from the University of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Bucknell University, and an Associate’s degree in Psychology from Garrett College.
Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, she now resides in Maryland.
