HAN member Dartmouth Health invested $5 million with the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund to support affordable and safe housing. The Fund provides financing and education for a variety of community development and wealth building services, including support for residents of manufactured-home communities to purchase their land and become Resident Owned Communities (ROCs), such as Derry Oaks that is featured in the video.
