HAN’s Policy Day 2025 will be held on May 7, 2025 from 9:00 am to 11:30 am in person at the Rayburn House Office Building, Foyer in Washington, D.C. and online. Please save the date! A registration email with the event agenda and speaker lineup will be sent out in later this month.
This is a year of uncertainties at the federal level but working together we will protect and advance meaningful solutions to the nation’s immense shortage of affordable homes and lack of skills training for good jobs, issues which already have strong bipartisan support. We will also act to protect vital health and human services programs.
What to expect:
- Advice from Experts: Get an update on the situation with the federal budget and congressional session and learn about the housing and skills training gaps from congressional members and issue area experts.
- Advocate for Policy Solutions: Discuss policy solutions to address these key social determinants of health issues.
- Health System Solutions: Learn how some health systems are addressing affordable housing and workforce development issues.
