In the first cohort of our MA Now program where we invested in the individuals — and they knew that we were a learning culture, that this is your launch pad, and every day you’re in this program is an opportunity for you to learn and grow and build a future with us — at the end of our eighteen month period with that group we had a 94% retention rate. . . . When I can set someone up for success, they’re going to thrive and that’s better for our patients, better for our communities, and better for the health care outcomes that we’re seeking.
