Debbi provides strategic guidance for the Anchor Mission Implementation group for Inclusive, Local Hiring, and supports group members via one-on-one coaching. Debbi helps stakeholders engage in effective workforce development initiatives that will enhance the careers and lives of employees and those who want to be employees as well provide effective human resource solutions.
Previously, she developed, designed and implemented a system-wide workforce development strategy for University Hospitals (UH) in Cleveland, Ohio. Over her eight and a half years’ tenure, workforce development grew from just a concept into an award-winning, multi-tiered people strategy that is now embedded in the Human Resource department’s strategic plan and the system-wide culture.
