Community Based Design to address health inequity

Community Based Design to address health inequity

bpham · Sep 7, 2022 ·

HAN member Cone Health is partnering with Guilford County on a new Social Innovation team, which will be made up of six to eight people from both organizations. Mangili says they’ll likely begin work by the end of the year. The program is set to continue until 2026.
