The second series on the social strategies includes HAN members Boston Medical Center, BJC HealthCare, Henry Ford Health, and ProMedica as healthcare organizations focused on undoing “entrenched health inequities and deliver[ing] whole-person care.” The first series on environmental strategies includes HAN members Kaiser Permanente and Ascension.
