Vice President, Community Health & Well-Being, Trinity Health
Jaime Dircksen serves as the Vice President, Community Health & Well-Being (CHWB) at Trinity Health leading initiatives to optimize health for people experiencing poverty and other vulnerabilities across the 26-state system. She oversees all CHWB operations, including advancing policies and programs that promote health equity and dismantle racism; investing in our communities through community benefit compliance, grantmaking and low-interest loans; and advancing social care through collaborating with care teams to expand access to healthcare and address patient social needs. Jaime joined Trinity Health in July 2016, with over 20 years of public health experience leading large-scale planning, program and policy design efforts through public and private partnerships. She earned her master’s degree from the University of Chicago at the School of Social Service Administration.
