For the fiscal year (July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024), Trinity Health developed an innovative community impact measure which couples community benefit with additional indicators that measure: 1) work, 2) education, and 3) investments that achieve results above and beyond community benefit. Trinity Health’s Transforming Communities Initiative in 2022 funded nine multisector collaboratives to advance health and racial equity through policy, system, and environmental change.
