Database Administrator
Leena Peterson serves as Database Administrator at the Healthcare Anchor Network, where she manages Salesforce administration, database systems, and vendor coordination to strengthen HAN’s data collection and reporting capabilities. She supports HAN staff and members by ensuring secure, reliable, and actionable data that advances the anchor mission.
Leena is passionate and compassionate about empowering individuals and families through mission driven initiatives. Leena has experience in data analytics and technology-driven process improvement. She has supported donor data systems at National Medal of Honor, advanced program data and impact measurement in community-based organizations and led data analytics and reporting at Genuine Parts Company. Having previously served as a Registered Nurse, she brings a deeper understanding of healthcare systems that strengthens HAN’s mission of connecting health systems and community well-being.
She holds Salesforce certifications in administration and business analysis, as well as Scrum certifications in agile project leadership. Leena earned a Master of Science in Information Technology with a Graduate Certificate in Health Information Technology from Kennesaw State University.
