Vice President of Community Health, Intermountain Health
Lisa has more than 30 years of experience in nonprofit healthcare, emphasizing addressing disparities and ensuring access for underrepresented communities. As the Vice President of Community Health for Intermountain Health, Lisa leads the Community Health portfolio, including Intermountain’s Community Health Needs Assessments. She works to address social determinants of health and health disparities through community-based collaborations and strategic philanthropy. Lisa supports Intermountain Health’s initiatives to serve as an anchor institution, ensuring the organization deploys its assets to address Intermountain’s mission of helping people live the healthiest lives possible through local hiring, local sourcing, impact investing, and sustainability. Lisa earned a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Utah. Lisa has been involved with HAN since May 2017. During that time, Intermountain Health has been a key leader in adopting anchor mission strategies and a significant philanthropic partner for HAN.
