HAN member Corewell Health, in collaboration with Tomato Bliss, a local and sustainable Michigan soup company, is using soup to do good! The health system serves the soup which is 100% plant-based and free from added sugars, gluten, and excess sodium on its patient menus and cafe offerings. Tomato Bliss grows heirloom tomatoes on their state-of-the-art regenerative farm, Lotus Flower Farm, that uses a farming practice which aims to maintain the health of the soil, foster biodiversity, and enhance ecosystems.
