Healthcare Anchor Network (HAN) and the National Partnership for Women & Families (NPWF) collaborated to develop the Maternal Health Workforce Cohort to identify and test workforce solutions to the maternal health crisis. This resource captures the Cohort’s insights, lessons learned, challenges, and real-world examples to help inform, inspire, and accelerate other health systems’ efforts to strengthen doula support—especially at a time when resources are increasingly limited.
